Returns & Exchanges

At Attack The Game, we stand behind the gear we make. If something doesn’t fit right or meet your expectations, we’ll do what we can to make it right.

Return Window & Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed, and blemish-free items within 60 days of receiving your order.
Items must include all original tags and packaging.

Items that are worn, washed, stained, or damaged will not be accepted and will be donated without refund.

Return & Exchange Options

Exchange – Free Return Label
Need a different size or color? You can swap it out at no extra cost, as long as the item is still in stock.

Store Credit – Free Return Label
If you're not ready to decide on a replacement, opt for store credit. You’ll receive a credit code via email to use on your next order.

Refund – Handling Fee Applied
Prefer a refund? We’ll send the balance back to your original payment method minus a return shipping fee.

Important Information

Returns are processed within 2 to 7 business days after they reach our facility.
Exchange items are not held in advance. If your return is processed after an item becomes out of stock, store credit will be issued.
Each return must be submitted separately by order number. Do not combine returns from multiple orders.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Conditions

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Personal items such as underwear or socks
Items not sold by Attack The Game
Gear that is used, washed, or visibly worn
Products missing original tags or packaging

Returns not meeting our policy may be rejected and donated.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge fees for excessive or abusive return behavior.

International Orders

Customers outside the United States are responsible for all return shipping fees and any duties or taxes.
Please include a note in your return package with the following:

Your order number
Whether it's a return or exchange
If exchanging, what size or color you want

Once shipped, email your tracking number and order number to: support@attackthegame.co

If your requested exchange item is out of stock when received, a refund will be issued instead.

Same-Day Shipping Cutoff

Orders placed after 3 PM Eastern Time will ship the next business day.
Weekends and holidays do not count as business or shipping days.
